Q: Are you open for commissions?

A: On the home page of this website and on our prices page you can find our commission status! When we are open and when you pay the 25% non-refundable down payment, this will confirm your spot in the queue. The queue will be visible always and updated as soon as we can update it. When each commission is finished that name will be removed and we will continue onto the next name in the queue. For fairness of “first come first serve” we will not accept money in order to move you up on the list. If you have an event or con that you would like the suit by but we have a long queue, we will not be able to finish it in time more than likely.

Q: Can I fill out the quote form multiple times for different characters?

A: Yes you can~

Q: What types of payment do you accept?
A: We prefer paypal, but we also accept Google Wallet, and cashier’s checks (these need time to clear first before we begin so this method may slow down your suit process). We also accept cash, but only in person because it could get lost or stolen in the mail.

Q: How do I commission you?

A: Fill out our quote form (found here) to get your suits price and we will follow up with you from there!

Q: How much do you charge for your suits?

A: Our base prices can be found here.

Q: How much is shipping and is it included in the quote?

A: Shipping is not included in the quote, it is determined when the suit is completed and in box ready to ship and will be requested before we ship the suit to you.

Q: Do you make copyrighted characters?

A: No we do not. Copyright laws prevent us from re-creating characters for money.

Q: Do I have to have concept art/reference sheet to commission you?

A: Yes. We require a reference with at least 2 views with a good view of all colors and markings so we can accurately make your suit how you want it. We will not work off of descriptions. Please make sure your reference images are accurate to what you want!

Q: When will my suit be completed?

A: It will depend on how many people are in our queue upon commissioning us. We can't give you an exact date, but we can give you an estimated completion month. Keep in mind that the date given is not a solid date because we do not rush our suit creation process.

Q: What do you need from me when I commission you?

A:It'll depend on what you are commissioning, but it can be a duct tape dummy (links to some tutorials can be found in our terms page), hand tracing, measurements, etc,. You will be asked for everything upon commissioning us.
